Devastated by her loss and overwhelmed by the unknown future, she tries hard to assimilate into her new environment, but her life takes another turn when her son is kidnapped. A story about loss and mourning, as well as a commentary on the Korean Christian movement, the film is centred around the moving and layered portrayal of Jeon Do-yeon, who became the first Korean to win the Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival. |
