When can I start to enjoy privileges of bc VIP membership? |

A: |
When your application is successful, you will be given a temporary membership card and start to enjoy bc VIP privileges immediately. The valid membership card will be issued within a month. |

If your application successes, you will receive a confirmation letter in your registered email account immediately. Please bring along the confirmation letter and a photo to bc film library counter in order to redeem your membership card. |

Members must present their valid membership card for enjoying bc members' privileges. |

Membership card is not transferable and member will be held responsible for the use of the card issued to them. If evidence of misuse or abuse of privileges is discovered, bc has the right to terminate the membership at any time without prior warning. The membership fee paid is not refundable. |

What to do if I lost my membership card? |

You should report to bc at once. Please bring along your HKID card and a photo to bc film library counter (inside kubrick next to Broadway Cinematheque) to apply for re-issuing the membership card. A handling fee of HK$50 would be charged. |

Can I update my personal details or check bc VIP membership details like expiry date and bonus
points online?

Yes, simply go to the homepage of bc website, key in your bc VIP number (the 6-digit no) and your password, then click "Login", that's it! Your password is preset as your HKID no. (i.e. the alphabet in capital letter + the first 6 digits, e.g. A123456) Members can change their login password according to their preference after login. |

Simply purchase fix price or bc VIP discounted price movie tickets at any Broadway cinemas / online, or purchase at kubrick cafe, bookstore, disc store, 5% of the total expenditure
will be rebated as bonus points, for example,
5bonus points will be rewarded for every
spending of $100, so on and so forth. |

Can I use the enrollment /renewal /birthday
movie coupon in other cinemas of Broadway
Circuit? What is the terms and conditions
of the coupon? |

The complimentary ticket can only be used in Broadway Cinematheque, which is located in Yau Ma Tei. It is applicable on every Monday to Friday for any movie except the premiere day, public holiday and specified film. This complimentary ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. |

Where can I get my birthday movie coupon

You will receive our birthday card by mail in your birthday month. Please bring along the card to bc film library counter and you will receive a complimentary ticket. Besides, 100 bonus points will be automatically credited into your membership account on your birthday. If you have not received the birthday card, please feel free to call 2783 7004 for enquiry. |
