for bc film library items. Simply go to the library
service counter and fill in the application form,
then you can reserve the items you want.
Terms and conditions
are as follows:

Reservations on phone
or by email are not accepted. |
| 2. |
Member can reserve two items for each
time only. |
| 3. |
Member will receive email or phone
confirmation within two weeks after the
application. |
| 4. |
Member should collect the reserved
items in seven days after receiving the
notification. |
| 5. |
Member will be disqualified to enjoy
the privilege of reservation if it is found
that the reserved items are not collected
for three times. |
| 6. |
Broadway Cinematheque reserves the
right to cancel this service without prior
notification. |
