Member should present valid
membership card in order to enjoy any privileges
provided. |

bc VIP membership card is not transferable. |
| 3. |
bc VIP membership card would become invalid
if altered or seriously damaged. |
| 4. |
If bc VIP membership card is lost or stolen,
member should report to bc as soon as possible.
Before doing so, any cost due to the lost
of membership card would be solely borne
by the cardholder. |
| 5. |
A handling fee of HK$50 would be charged
for re-issue of membership card. |
| 6. |
Member should follow all the related
terms and conditions when using borrowing
services. (Details please refer to the terms and conditions of bc film library borrowing service.) |
| 7. |
Member is required to pay a non-transferred
HK$500 credit card deposit at the first time
of borrowing. Deposit would be transferred
in case of late return, lost or damaged of
borrowed item. |
| 8. |
If member would like to cancel membership
before expiry, the membership fee paid will
not be refunded. |
| 9. |
bc reserves the final decision and the
ultimate right to make any changes to all
terms and conditions underlain by bc VIP membership
scheme without prior notice. |
| 10. |
In case of any violation of regulations,
misuse or abuse of privileges found, bc reserves
the right to terminate the membership at
any time without prior warning and refuse
to accept his/her application for membership
again in future. The membership fee paid
will not be refunded. |
