| 世間上哪有不散的筵席？台灣導演蔡明亮（《臉》，第6屆）對商業電影觀眾和制度心灰意冷，但也不忙考考大家為了支持藝術電影可以去到幾盡。李康生今回已為人父，卻因為貧困失業而淪落到與兩個小孩像野狗般住在荒廢建築物中。縱有在超巿工作的好心婦人不時接濟，這個在䌓華閙市邊緣被遺忘的單親家庭也只能在空洞的情感和日漸褪色的幸福回憶中遊離。迷茫之間，陸弈靜、陳湘琪、楊貴媚是否在三人合演一角？絕境之中，角色又是否只有寄情想象？若果《郊遊》真是這位電影大師告別傳統大銀幕之作，片末兩個仿似靜默卻異常震撼人心的十多分鐘長鏡頭也大概不會令眾多影迷失望而回。影片榮獲本屆威尼斯影展評審團大獎。 | Tsai Ming Liang won the Golden Lion at Venice in 1994 with his second feature, Vive L’Amour. After almost two decades and a distinguished career as one of world’s preeminent auteurs, it seems only fitting that the Malaysian-born, Taiwanese filmmaker would pick up the Grand Jury Prize at the same festival with possibly his swan song, Stray Dogs. Tsai regular Lee Kang-Sheng plays an impoverished Taipei man who holds up advertising placards by day and lives in a deserted building with his two children by night. A kind-hearted supermarket staff (Lu Yi Ching) helps out the kids, although things take a subsequent turn for the surreal as hints of regret and loss flood into the film. Its pair of ten-minute-plus final shots provide a haunting and strangely emotional conclusion to an oeuvre that, even when considered as part of the Slow Cinema movement, stands as one of a kind. |
