Sophie Letourneur is a writer and director born in 1978. After studying Arts appliqués in Paris, Sophie Letourneur continued at the Arts Déco in the video department, where she made experimental films and documentaries. Notable directing credits include Hangover (La Tête dans le vide) in 2004, Manue Bolonaise (2005) and Roc et canyon (2007). In 2009, she made her first feature, Chicks (La Vie au Ranch) and in 2011 premiered her short The Shady Sailor (Le Marin masqué). Her latest film Gaby Baby Doll will be released in France on December 17, 2014.
