33歲的文藝青年Arman (Vincent Macaigne) 決心奮發向上，星期六在公園跑步，轉角遇到愛，撞上Amelie。隔週六，他回到公園跑步，卻遇不見她。第二次相遇，Arman英雄救美，卻險些喪命，進入白色空間，Amelie探病探出愛來。另一位探病的是Arman老友Benjamin，Benjamin回家時中風倒下，幸虧有治療師Katia的幫助，身體復原，愛情滋生。章回小說結構，演員對鏡頭直接評論，觀眾跟角色同哭同笑，還有Arman邀約Amelie時引用布列遜《一個夢者的四個晚上》（1971）的趣味橫生。

33-year-old former art student Arman (Vincent Macaigne) determines to turn over a leaf, beginning by jogging in the park one Saturday. As he turns around a corner, he literally bumps into Amelie (Maud Wyler). He goes back to the park the next Saturday but no Amelie is to be found. In their fateful second meeting, he rescues her from mugging and gets stabbed. The near-death experience transports him to a white space and Amelie stays by his side while he is recovering. Another visitor is Arman’s best friend Benjamin (Bastien Bouillon). Benjamin collapses from a stroke, recovers from it and develops a relationship with his therapist Katia (Audrey Bastien). The episodic structure, the characters’ direct address to the camera, the tears and laughter implicating the audience, and the citing of Robert Bresson’s Four Nights of a Dreamer when Arman invites Amelie to a dinner are not to be missed.
