由台北市電影委員會推出國際合製片的計劃，《台北工廠》去年寫盡法國浪漫風情，今年與義大利合作，三段式單元異國狂想曲集愛情喜劇、社會寫實和恐怖驚悚於一身。影片背景皆設定於台北，謝駿毅執導《盧卡》拍台灣布袋戲和殯葬文化，俊俏操偶師Marco Foschi來台竟和台灣的莊凱勛爭一個女人的屍體？Margot Sikabonyi與台灣男生黃健瑋、隆宸翰之間上演荒謬愛情，《愛情肥皂劇》導演卓立以超現實的視覺風格呈現。導演侯季然首次拍恐怖片，《顫慄》中Michele Cesari化身吸血鬼型男，影后楊貴媚和游安順為愛獻身。

A year after the first Taipei Factory, the Taipei Film Commission teams up with Italy’s Rai Cinema on the second installment of the omnibus project. This time, three Taiwan directors – Cho Li (The Rice Bomber), Hou Chi-Jan (When A Wolf Falls in Love With a Sheep) and Hsieh Chin-yi (Apolitical Romance) – each collaborate with an Italian actor on a short film. In Cho’s Soap Opera, an Italian woman (Margot Sikabonyi) and a Taiwanese man (Jag Huang) develop a friendship on social media. In Hou’s The Thrill is Gone, an Italian vampire (Michele Cesari) takes a trip to Taipei, but forgets something important. In Hsieh’s Lucas, an Italian man (Marco Foschi) flies to Taipei after his estranged wife dies there.
