Pedro is lonely and socially repressed. When his sister decides to move away, leaving him behind with his criminal charges, he feels even more isolated in the big city. Alone in the darkness of his bedroom, he covers himself with neon paint and dances in front of the webcam while thousands of strangers are watching. However, all this attention is not enough to mend his lonely heart. A melancholic portrait of a fluorescent soul, HARD PAINT explores how it is to be different in this modern age of virtual connection.
