畢業於演藝學院電影電視學院的生力軍許學文，幾部短片，功力盡現。新作《枉少年》(21分鐘，第一屆鮮浪潮大學生短片賽最佳電影)，一班無方向無理想的野蠻學生，最愛撩事鬥非，閒來班馬講數，無無謂謂過日子，可是，輕狂換來的卻是沉重的代價。《綠衣》(37分鐘)的年輕軍裝警員，與老差骨拍檔終日在灣仔巡邏，處理芝麻綠豆的瑣事。一次突發事故，令他明白當警察的真諦。《一擊》(13分鐘)中，本來已退隱江湖的黑市拳手被逼復出，在他發出最後一擊前，時間停頓。《Out
of Focus》(4分鐘) 解構一個殺手的內心世界，進而解構一部電影。四部短片層次分明，才情畢露。教人十分期待許學文的長片早日面世。(DV

| A graduate from The School of Film/TV of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Frank Hui Hok-man proves himself one of the most exciting budding filmmakers to watch with the four shorts in this program. WASTED (21min, Best Film Award at the 1st HKIFF Fresh Wave Joint Universities Short Film Competition) revolves around a group of teenager gang and reveals the dark side of high school life. THE UNIFORM (37min) centers on a young patrol rookie who finds the life of a policeman both tedious and unexciting. His dream of a detective is shattered after being accused of abuse of authority. BREAK (13min) portraits the psychological conflict of a retired young boxer who is forced to return to the fraudulent ring for a last combat.
