看不見尤自可，看得見又豈止眼前的慾望。失明，倒難不到這位詩人教授，與妻女過著不亦樂乎的生活，後因角膜移植，重見天日，令他重新「睇」驗生活裡的五光十色。但習慣了與黑暗獨舞的他，面對的除了是花花世界的視覺刺激，還要調適早已因失明而變得憤怒乖僻的性情。眼睛看得見，心眼卻仍模糊一片。《小鞋子》導演繼《小孩子走天涯》後再次探討失明帶來的種種挑戰，今次更要反思人類無盡的慾望，看得見又如何？咪看得更真，傷得更深。

University professor Youssef
appears to have it all, except his sight. Through an unexpected
cornea transplant, he sees the world around him for the
first time since childhood, the joy of sight eludes him.
Frightened by his inability to cope and the misunderstanding
of others, the lonely professor finds himself trapped
in emotional turmoil that leads to aggression. A simple
and beautiful poetry from the award-winning director of
