青青漫山草，蒙古小女孩娜莎，在山洞檢回一頭流浪狗，本以為可以和狗狗歡喜快樂一起生活，卻因爸爸擔心狗狗惹來狼群而強烈反對，娜莎最後決定偷偷收養狗狗。平靜的草原生活，最後卻難逃都市化的衝擊，娜莎一家也得卸下蒙古包，舉家遷往城市。萬般帶得走，但狗狗卻要孤獨留在草原，令娜莎傷心得眼淚漣漣。無論你愛狗與否，保證感動離場。蒙古新晉女導演上回以《哭泣的駱駝》感動的紀錄了蒙古駱駝的母女關係，今次女童的可人演出，清新動人。

Life of a Mongolian nomad family
goes into dispute when the eldest daughter Nansal finds
a stray puppy and brings it home. When Nansal's father
rejects Nansal's proposal to keep the puppy, Nansal decides
to keep the puppy secretly, only to realize that her family
is about to move to the city and the puppy is not welcome
for the trip. Featuring a real life family and following
much of their daily existence, the film brings viewers
to the tranquil and uneventful world of Mongolia.
